You can pay online using a debit/credit card or with a personal or business check. All payments received after 7pm ET will be processed the following business day.
Domestic water is billed out every other month starting in January. Bills are calculated on the amount used on 2 months prior since we bill every two months. You will have 50 days from the date billed to pay.
Irrigation runs April 15 - October 15. You will be billed with two installments, with the first half billed in March and the second half due in September.
Should you not pay your domestic or irrigation bill by your next billing cycle, you will receive a late notice. BC Water Co LLC has the right to shut off your water service and terminate any account that has an outstanding balance.
If moving, please contact our office so we can finalize your bill and transfer your account to the new owners.
